Business decor fascinates me. No, not carefully considered corporate interior design, but rather what individual entrepreneurs (or, possibly their wives) choose to decorate their premises. Just for example, the current owners of the Lynx Lake store and restaurant feature these three aircraft models hanging from the dining room ceiling. Don't know what the connection might be that makes them appropriate, unlike all those models out at the airport restaurant.
In any event, I present them here for you to enjoy. Don't miss those mean guns on the WW1 craft below. As for the food, it was good. Furthermore, one of these days, I'll hitch a ride out to the restaurant of a Saturday night when German foods are featured. Haven't had konigsberger klopses since I lived in Chicago's Hyde Park.
Reminder: Prescott area blogger get together this Sunday (May 17), 2:30 p.m. at Casa Sanches, 1459 W. Gurley.

I love Saturday morning breakfast at the airport. Long, clear views down the runway toward the mountains.
Didn't know about the German cuisine.
~Anon in AV.
anon av -- I have always enjoyed any meal at the airport, watching the small planes, the black military choppers and listening to the aviation gossip. Of course, the German food is at the lake & not the airport.
I'm not big on konigsberger klopses, but we could sure sure an American breakfast diner here. We miss going out at night and having
fruhstuck. Perhaps the planes were a hobby of the owner at one time.
steve -- fruhstuck???
German for breakfast, but missing the umlauts.
Steve
steve -- I figured it was missing umlauts, but still had completely forgotten the word...
