...fly away home. Not much else to say about these rather stationary critters, except that they are already firmly at home. The upper bug at an apartment complex, and the lower flock out Thumb Butte road. I kinda like 'em.
Later Note: Reviewing this post I realized that there was certainly more to say about ladybugs here in the Prescott area. Twice, my late husband and I saw mountain tops festooned by ladybug swarms -- once when we climbed Glen Oaks, the other time after a drive to the top of Mt. Union. Here are some good pictures of swarms from California.
