In case you've revisited recent posts, you may have noted a new visitor -- Tall Nephew. He truly is, by the way, as you can see from pictures of TN with his mom (above, The Other Niece from Memphis) and me, in my Elvis finery and Mother's Day orchid (below).
However, the important news is that after several comment exchanges, the Tall Nephew logged on to Blogger and opened up himself a blog. In case you'd like to welcome TN, the site is Points of Interest.
And while I'm introducing family members, here is TN's bro and basketball champ Z.; he has traveled widely playing in the Special Olympics.

Lovely picture of me and other niece, I was standing on my toes to be honest =)
Z, as usual pretty much was only thinking about the dinner table. It did look quite tempting.
TN -- I sorta figured that, tho I wasn't going to go out on a limb. Just how tall are you -- and at what age?
My mother was very short, & all the grandchildren's aim was to be taller then she was. It didn't take them long!
Lucky TN, height is good!
Nice to see th faimly getting into the blogging world.
6'1" without shoes and I'm 13 and a few months.
Unfortunally my make-shift camera ran out of battery just when a huge storm hit, the pictures would have looked fantastic.
meggie -- I've never minded being a shorty, tho my bro was over 6" before he suffered old-age shrink. I never had to worry that a neat short or medium height guy would worry about me towering over him...
steve -- I think it's great. More of them should. And if they do, the should write more often (hint, hint).
TN -- catching a storm at its high points can be tricky. Thanks for the particulars.
GJ - I feel for TN. He will be forever ducking in doorways, and grabbing items off of tall shevles for total strangers. :) The perils of height.
tombo -- yup, helping out shorties like me. All you have to do to disappear a product in the supermarket is put it on the top shelf.
What handsome young men, if I say so myself!
rache -- so right you are.
