For some reason, the mural concept has become identified with paintings on exterior walls. But, by the dictionary, paint a picture on any wall, inside or out, you have committed a mural. Therefore, it follows that the large painted wall in the lower level of our library is definitely a mural; no idea of what the scene depicts, aside from an ancient rock building. (It occurred to me that the dictionary definitionwould allow much graffiti as a form of mural. Go figure.)

Paul, these days, I'd listen for the shout of "water! water! water! We've got it!"
Actually...I don't know if you knew, but this mural used to be outside...it was a view that you got when you were in the parking-lot, but when they re-did the library, they enclosed it!
I'll be darned, CB! I didn't know that. Thinking back, I was only in the parking below at night; daytime visits, I always came in the uppper level. Thanks for the info.
